VadaTech selects Europlacer to outfit company expansion
Board-level design and manufacturing company VadaTech, Inc., has selected SMT placement equipment manufacturer Europlacer to serve their expansion plans this year.
Headquartered in Henderson, NV, VadaTech, Inc. focuses on quick-turn designs for the embedded market. The company is experiencing continued, rapid growth due to the success of their innovating embedded computing solutions, which are used across multiple industries. VadaTech currently uses Europlacer SMT placement machines. The excellent performance of the equipment and excellent support from Europlacer made selecting a key supplier for VadaTech’s expansion a simple choice.
“We are very pleased to be serving VadaTech because they are a uniquely talented business from top to bottom,” said John Perrotta, VP, Europlacer. “We are entirely focused on exceeding their expectations as their assembly expansion continues. We are thrilled that their business is thriving and equally excited that they selected us for their journey.”
Europlacer’s XPii-IIT pick & place machine is a seamless, high-speed extension of the highly flexible iiNEO SMT pick-and-place platform, incorporating dual 12-spindle “Tornado” heads which enable at least 10 percent faster speeds than the standard 8-spindle head. Europlacer’s customers broadly report incomparable productivity from XPii-IIT with iiNEO-IIT, even in the most demanding high-mix, higher volume environments.
Both XPii and iiNEO-II share the company’s proven core features — turret heads, intelligent feeders, and powerful software. Many EP users start with the iiNEO pick-and-place machine when sizing their lines. iiNEO accommodates up to 264-8 mm feeders with extraordinary flexibility to support high productivity in high-mix environments. When additional line capacity is required, the XPii is typically added in front of the iineo to effectively double productivity without doubling the required floor space.
